RETURNS / EXchanges

Returns: We will accept unwashed, unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 10 days of order delivery date. Once the item(s) has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less shipping charges. All international purchases are final.

Exchanges: Because our inventory is constantly changing, it's impossible to guarantee we'll have the size you're looking for in stock. You can exchange your unwashed, unworn item(s) within 10 days of customer receipt by following the below steps:

1) Place a new order for the item/size you need.

2) Send back the original item with a note explaining why you are returning it.

3) Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (less any shipping charges). A refund will not be processed on worn, washed or damaged items.

All Limited Edition items are final sale (such as our Fitmama, retro tee) and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible. Refund may take up to 10 days to post to your account.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to select countries! If you are outside our current list of shipping destinations, please get in touch and we will endeavour to add your location!

How long will it take to receive your order? 

All orders take 1-3 business days to ship (unless otherwise stated). Once your order has shipped, you'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped by Registered Hong Kong Post.

What if your package is lost or stolen?

Once an item has shipped and issued a tracking number, we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Lost or missing packages will not be refunded.

What's the best way to wash our tees?

For best results and to prevent fading, we recommend washing our fabrics inside out with phosphate free detergent in cool or warm water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle. 

Tumble dry on a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly.
